ok, i dont have bangs. but i want to make the little "pouf" on my hair like this picture:

so what i'm asking is...

-can you make the pouf on your hair without bangs, or will it look stupid?

-and can you tell me some tips to make it look good, because i tried doing my hair like this before and it didnt turn out good.
