What color for my hair?

I really need to dye my hair it looks pretty bad, it's streaky from previous highights and i want a very natural look;

I have smallish green eyes (they look like America ferrera's), dark eyebrows, beigish light skin and pink undertones. When I was younger I had light, light blonde hair and then it turned a weird color sort of blondish brown. I want my eyes to pop more and my skin to look more radiant. What hair color would look best? Pictures would help too please but it doesnt really matter.

oooer also, I have asked my mom and my sister and they didn't really help but they did say that i look more, for lack of better words, feirce than cutesy so if brown will make me look too "feirce" then please say.

I would get a dark choclatey brown with reddish/auburn undertones. It looks natural and will make your eyes pop
