It's Amanda Bynes %26amp; she has her hair like that all the time. It isn't "curly", but wavy. How am I supposed to do this with a curling iron (if needed) because I want it wavy, not curly.

If your hair has any natural wave you can use curl enhancing products. I especially like Matrix curl life spiraling spray gel, then just scrunch your hair and let it air dry or use a diffuser on your hair dryer. I use it all the time and my hair gets that look.

The size of the curling iron depends on the length of your hair. If its long usr a lrge curling iron and start curling from the middle of your hair section, afterwards use your fingers and kind of loosen the curl. Just play with your hair after youre done, the results will be wild and funky!

omg she looks soo beautiful in that picture!! get barrel curling iron and wrap your hair around it... don't use the clamp thingy though just wrap your hair around it hold it for like 30 seconds and VOILA!
