With my hair type, what cut should I get?

I have wavy, blonde hair that falls below the shoulders. It is all split-endy, and I wanted to get it trimmed up and I am also sick of only having time to put pony tails in it.

Any ideas?

Here is a picture of my hair. I do straighten my bangs, and the curls you see are from a curling iron, either wise it is just akwardly has kinks and random waves that I hate.
